DROP

DROP for agencies watching a client’s rivals

· Published · Updated

Agencies use DROP to show a client who is talking about their product or a rival — with the original posts attached.

Short answer. Run one radar per client site or per rival. Growth exports CSV that you can use to prepare your own report; DROP does not export a weekly PDF. Do not promise complete coverage of the internet.

Deliver a reviewable client report

Use a separate monitored identity for each client or rival. On Growth, export CSV and prepare any slides or PDF in your own reporting tool. Explain the collection window, source failures, reviewed candidates and why selected posts fit. Track useful replies or trials separately; do not bill a collected mention as a qualified sale.

Evidence in the room

A slide that says “47 mentions” is weak. A slide that quotes three switch posts is a meeting.

Do not blend clients

Each radar is one identity. Mixing two clients in one listen will leak positioning and confuse classification.

Output: a client-specific evidence pack

Deliver the monitored identity, collection period, available sources, exclusions and selected source links beside the CSV-derived analysis. State which conclusions require client validation. Keep access and billing per identity clear; Growth CSV export does not itself provide client seats, a shared workspace or a generated PDF report.
