Using DROP
These Terms govern the radar service operated by World of Creator Ltd. (DROP). You must be able to enter a binding contract, and have authority to act for any organization you represent. Keep your sign-in account secure.
What you receive
DROP finds available public X, Reddit, LinkedIn and Threads conversations relevant to the website or X profile you choose, whether your own product or a competitor’s. AI checks for explicit needs the product can address, separately identifies product mentions, and shows source evidence. Reddit results can include posts and comments; a relevant discussion is a possible opportunity to participate, not proof of a customer. Results are a sample of available conversation, not a complete count of customers or proof of why your business performs differently. AI classifications can be wrong; review the original evidence. LinkedIn and Threads discovery covers publicly indexed posts, not private or exhaustive platform feeds. The anonymous demo is fictional.
One subscription per site or handle
Focus costs US$19 per month for one site or handle, with up to 500 combined X, Reddit, LinkedIn and Threads post or comment reads per month and daily updates. Growth costs US$99 per month for one site or handle, with up to 3,000 combined post or comment reads, hourly updates and CSV export. Adding another site or handle requires another subscription. Access to one never unlocks another. Preview reads count toward your first paid billing period. Allowances refresh after a verified renewal payment, not at the beginning of a calendar month. Daily and hourly updates are subject to provider availability and your remaining analysis capacity. Author profile details are loaded on demand and may be limited; original post links remain available. Additional X profile lookups have a separate fair-use allowance. History covers up to 30 days of available data; 30 days of complete results are not guaranteed.
Billing and cancellation
Lemon Squeezy processes recurring monthly payments. Your subscription renews automatically at the price disclosed at checkout, plus applicable taxes, until cancelled. You can manage or cancel each subscription through your account billing link or your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Failed payments, refunds, expiration or pauses may restrict access. There are no automatic overage charges. Contact Info@drop.space for billing or refund requests; mandatory consumer rights and applicable payment-provider refund policies remain unaffected.
Responsible use
Use public conversation for legitimate product research. Do not harass people, send spam, infringe rights, bypass access controls, impersonate others, or use DROP unlawfully. Signing in does not authorize DROP to publish posts or send direct messages on your behalf. Third-party content remains owned by its respective rights holders.
Service and changes
We may change features or suspend access to address abuse, nonpayment or security issues. Availability depends on public X collection through TwitterAPI.io and Reddit, LinkedIn and Threads collection through Bright Data, authentication, AI and payment providers. We will give notice of material subscription changes where required; changes do not override rights you have under applicable law.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of increased traffic, conversions or revenue. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for decisions made from the analysis.
