Privacy Policy
Who is responsible
World of Creator Ltd. operates DROP’s radar service. Contact Info@drop.space for questions about personal information or to exercise your privacy rights.
Information we use
We process your sign-in provider identifier and display name, the website and X profile URLs you submit, your session and account records, and subscription references and status. We collect available public X, Reddit, LinkedIn and Threads post and comment text, community names, conversation context, author names and handles, profile images, source links, timestamps and engagement data to produce the analysis you request. We may receive contact details from login or payment providers; payment information entered at checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, remember the URL you entered before login, collect and classify public conversation, provide your dashboard, manage radar-specific access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and respond to requests. Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on providing the service you request, legitimate operational and security interests, consent where required, or legal obligations.
Providers and AI processing
TwitterAPI.io collects public X conversation data. Bright Data collects public Reddit posts and comments, and public LinkedIn and Threads posts. Search terms and public post URLs are sent to Bright Data; LinkedIn and Threads discovery uses search-engine-indexed posts before fetching their full text. Coverage depends on publicly available and indexed content. Google or X verifies your sign-in. Public post text and website information are sent to the configured AI provider, currently BytePlus ModelArk, for sentiment and product analysis. Lemon Squeezy processes subscriptions. Our hosting and security providers process data needed to run the service. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. We do not sell your personal information. Third-party services have their own privacy policies.
Cookies
An essential, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in and protects requests. The session lasts up to 30 days. Disabling essential cookies prevents login and payment from working correctly. The anonymous interactive demo does not require an account. Grow or Die measures page visits and interactions to help improve DROP. Its browser tracker receives page and referral information, device information and pseudonymous visitor/session identifiers; these analytics are separate from the fictional product demo. When a public visit carries a recognised AI-assistant referrer or campaign source, DROP records the engine name, evidence type and public landing-page path using the existing session. We retain this source for up to 30 days to connect it to a new radar, and retain radar and conversion source snapshots for up to 90 days. This does not include the referring conversation URL or its query text. The capture respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and is separate from crawler traffic. Missing sources remain unknown. This radar app does not currently include advertising cookies. Third-party authentication and checkout pages manage their own cookies.
Retention and requests
We retain account and subscription records while needed to provide the service, resolve billing matters and meet applicable legal obligations. Radar views cover up to 30 days; this display window is not a promise that all associated account or transaction records are erased after 30 days. Pending login URLs expire after seven days. You may request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing Info@drop.space. Where applicable, you may also object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to your local privacy regulator. We may verify your identity before acting.
Public authors and security
Public post authors may contact us about their information even if they have no DROP account. We use access controls and server-side subscription checks to protect stored data. Deleting a visual overlay does not grant access to paid post details. No service can guarantee complete security.
Children and updates
DROP is intended for people who can enter a binding service contract, and is not directed at children under 13. Contact us if a child has supplied information. We will update this policy and its date when practices change, with additional notice where required.
