Do you have aluminum pans at home? They’re very common in the USA since they conduct heat well and are cheaper than pans of other materials.
The main problem is that when we cook with them, our food ends up with aluminum in it.
Aluminum is one of the most abundant metals on the earth and can be found in the air, water, and earth. It’s in the water we drink, the deodorant we use, the pots and pans we cook with, and in the fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and even dairy we eat. Furthermore, it can also be absorbed through the pores in our skin.
Since it’s so abundant and present in our lives, it’s probably been building up in our bodies without us even knowing it.
As you can see, the main issue with aluminum is that it’s everywhere, making it easy for our body to absorb dangerous amounts of it.
