"Ibong Malaya" (Free Bird) is a tribute to the National Bird of the Philippines, the largest and most majestic eagle in the world, and the symbol of a country on the rise.

Composed and sung by popular artist composer Isabella De Leon, "Ibong Malaya" is a collaboration of conservationists, artists, and wild bird enthusiasts highlighting the Philippine Eagle in all its splendor and helping protect this critically endangered bird.

Written by Palanca Hall of Famer and poet Reuel Aguila and arranged by award-winning musical arranger Albert Tamayo, "Ibong Malaya" takes its inspiration from the newly released book "Haring Ibon, The Great Philippine Eagle" by Education Undersecretary Alain Pascua.
