At least 100 sarcophagi, believed to be 2,500 years old, have been discovered at the Saqqara necropolis near the Saqqara site in Egypt.

The vast burial grounds are situated in Memphis, Egypt’s ancient capital.

Their discovery led to the identification of an unknown queen, which was unearthed over a decade ago.
