Send a browser link to recipients in other regions. DROP uses Cloudflare infrastructure, but country-by-country end-to-end transfer availability has not yet been established by a published DROP study.

## What global infrastructure establishes

Cloudflare’s network description is evidence about the infrastructure provider. It does not prove that DROP has a local storage replica in every location, uses a mainland China delivery network, bypasses local restrictions or achieves any particular throughput.

## Test the actual recipient journey

A homepage HTTP 200 is not a successful transfer. A region check should create a transfer, upload a known file, obtain the link, list it, download original bytes, verify the checksum and remove the test data. Report Google sign-in separately because it is optional and can have different regional availability.

## Evidence needed for a regional claim

Publish country, city, ISP or cloud region, UTC time, device, browser, payload, attempts and failures. Include residential or mobile networks when making consumer availability claims; cloud probes alone cannot represent all local users. Current public status: regional verification pending.
